This week, King of Leon proved that they are still one of the UK’s favourite US exports. Even though their forthcoming album, Only By The Night is not due to be released until the 22nd September, thousands of fans have downloaded 11 new tracks via torrent sites. Although many people have already got hold of the new material, it is clear that the band still have plenty of honest supporters. Sex on Fire, the first single from Only by the Night, knocked Kate Perry from her 5 week stint at No.1.

The Tennessee band recently announced their UK tour starting in Brighton on the 1st December. Tickets are sold out for every one of their 14 arena shows, however, tickets are still available on the secondary market. Over 4,000 tickets are currently listed with prices ranging between £44 and £219. Level 1 seats for the O2 Arena show on the 11th December can be purchased for £50 despite near identical tickets being listed for as much as £163.

Fans are encouraged to compare ticket prices before buying instead of burning their cash.
