Jensen Button and Brawn GP pass Formula One test

Formula One governing body the FIA has decreed that Brawn GP’s championship leading car is in accordance with newly introduced rules.

Brawn GP driver Jensen Button has won both races this season. This then sparked complaints that the Brawn GP team and rivals Toyota and Williams used an illegal diffuser.

But following eight hours of strongly worded evidence the International Court of Appeal ruled that the cars “comply with the applicable regulations”.

All three teams are free to race in the Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai.

British Formual One fans will be excited by the news as they gear up to see the British Team and Driver lead the championship as their homcoming race edges close.
