New Ricky Gervais ‘Science’ tour announced

The latest stand-up project from The Office creator, Ricky Gervais, entitled Science is set to hit UK venues this autumn.

The fourth stand-up tour by Ricky Gervais follows the Work In Progress show which ends this month.

The debut Ricky Gervais stand-up tour, Animals, was released in 2003 and focused on Ricky Gervais’ fascination with the animal kingdom.Animals was followed by the Politics tour a year later. Both tours were recorded live and released on DVD.

Ricky Gervais begins the Science tour on August 24 at the Glasgow SECC & Clyde Auditorium and will run until December 15 at the Brighton Centre, playing 21 dates altogether.

Ricky Gervais said that he took a lot of inspiration from the hugely popular

Scottish stand-up comedian, Billy Connolly, for the forthcoming Science show.

Tickets to see Ricky Gervais at his Science tour will go on general sale on Friday May 15 at 10am.
