Jack White has recently confirmed that he will perform a series of intimate gigs with his new band, The Dead Weather, this week. The White Stripes and Raconteurs frontman will play three shows at a temporary record store in Los Angeles with his fellow Dead Weather band mates.

The Dead Weather also features The Kills’ Allison Mosshart, Jack Lawrence from The Raconteurs and Queens Of The Stone Age’s Dean Fertita.

The band will be showcasing material from the recent release of the debut Dead Weather album, Horehound.

The in-store shows form apart of the current Dead Weather tour which includes visits to San Diego, Atlanta and Mexico City before heading over to the UK.

The UK Dead Weather tour kicks off at Manchester Academy on October 19.  Jack White and co. also visit Newcastle O2 Academy (October 21), Edinburgh Picture House (October 22), Leeds O2 Academy (October 23), Bristol O2 Academy (October 25) and Birmingham O2 Academy (October 26). The Dead Weather tour draws to a close at London O2 Brixton Academy on October 26.
