ATP Masters Series Paris - Day Seven

Novak Djokovic claimed the 2009 BNP Paribas title in Paris after he defeat Gael Monfils in three sets. The third seed picked up the fifth ATP trophy of the season as he beat Monfils 6-2 5-7 7-6 (7-3) in an epic encounter that lasted almost three hours.

Gael Monfils played well on his home turf and it did look like there might have been an upset on the cards, but Djokovic battled back in the third set to win the tie-break and claim the BNP Paribas Masters title.

The ATP tournament which took place in Paris was the penultimate Masters championship of the 2009 season.

The 2009 ATP World Tour Finals are set to take place at the London O2 Arena later this month. The ATP Finals begin on November 22 and the final match takes place a week later on November 29.

The 2009 ATP World Tour Finals features only the top eight seeds of the current ATP roster and UK fans will have the chance to see the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray in action.

Following Andy Murray’s failure to capture his first Grand Slam title this year, he will be looking to make his mark at the ATP Finals in front of his British fans.

Tixdaq can confirm that there are still hundreds of ATP World Tour Finals tickets available to compare online. ATP Finals tickets are available for every day of the event with prices starting below £20.
