Paul McCartney almost quit the Beatles

Speaking recently in an interview about his forthcoming DVD, Good Evening New York City, Paul McCartney said that the pressure of perfroming on stage with the band in the early stages almost became too much for him. Paul McCartney told the interviewer that he used to get so nervous that he questioned whether it was worth pursuing his career in music.
Paul McCartney was speaking in London on November 25 about the DVD that is available to buy from his official site, www.PaulMcCartney.com.
The DVD is released to conincde with his Good Evening Europe tour which kicks off in December. The Paul McCartney tour visits a number of cities across Europe including Hamburg, Paris, Cologne and Dublin.
Paul McCartney brings his Good Evening Europe tour to a close with a huge show at the O2 Arena in London. Paul McCartney is expected to perfrom in fron of a sell-out 20,000 crowd at the London venue.
