Florence and the Machine looks Stateside for inspiration

Florence + The Machine is planning to incorporate an American sound into her second album, with US artists becoming part of her Machine. The BRIT Award winner, 23, is jetting off to LA next year, where she will start work on her eagerly anticipated follow-up to her debut, Lungs.
“I’m looking to go LA to work with some American producers”, Florence is reported as saying. “…Lungs had a very London sound to it as it’s where I grew up. I think it would be good to travel a bit and put some otherworldly sounds in it too.”
Throughout December, Florence is playing one date in Dublin and six UK dates, in Belfast, Glasgow, London, Lincoln and Manchester.
Tickets to all these remaining shows in Florence + the Machine’s UK tour are available to compare and buy at tixdaq.com.
