Paul McCartney to sing with all 12 X Factor finalists?
December 13th, 2009 by Gregory Jones
As previously reported by Tixdaq.com, it is rumoured that Paul McCartney is set to perform on the final of the 2009 X Factor this evening (December 13). Rumours have been circulating for some time now suggesting that the ex-Beatle would make an appearance on the final night of the hugely popular reality tv show.
The second leg of the 2009 X Factor will see the two remaining contestants, Olly Murs and Joe McElderry, go head-to-head. Stacey Solomon was voted off the show in the first leg of the final last night. Stacey was unable to win over the viewers despite a strong duet performance with Michael Buble. Olly Murs performed alongside Robbie Williams, whileJoe McElderry sang with George Michael.
It has been suggested that Paul McCartney will perform with each of the twelve contestants who made it to the final stages of the 2009 X Factor. This means that the former Beatle will even have to share the stage with Jedward.
Whether or not Paul McCartney will definitely perform at this year’s X Factor final remains to be seen, however, what we do know is that Paul McCartney will be on stage when his Good Evening Europe tour reaches the UK. The Paul McCartney tour kicked off earlier this month in Hamburg and is going down very well with his fans. The Paul McCartney tour visits a number of cities across Europe before hitting the UK including Paris, Cologne and Dublin.
Paul McCartney brings his Good Evening Europe tour to a close with a huge show at the O2 Arena in London on December 22. Paul McCartney is expected to perform in front of a sell-out 20,000 crowd at the London venue.
Tixdaq can confirm that Paul McCartney tickets are still available for the concert at the O2 Arena.
