Red Devils seek recovery

January 7th, 2010 by Liam Tailor

Burnley travel to the Theatre of Dreams next weekend with good hopes of causing an upset. Manchester United’s form has been inconsistent of late, with defeats against Leeds and Fulham interspersed by a 5-0 thrashing of Wigan. Sir Alex Ferguson will be keen to get his side back on track, especially in light of Arsenal’s current good form and the suspicion that Chelsea will kick into gear again soon.

It won’t be easy though. Burnley beat the reigning champions 1-0 back in August courtesy of a stunning volley from Robbie Blake, and they will be keen to impress their caretaker manager Steve Davis - put in as a stop gap after Owen Coyle’s move to Bolton.

With the tie only a week or so away, Tixdaq can confirm that tickets are selling out fast, but there is still time to grab tickets for this game and many other Manchester United fixtures this season.
