Louis Walsh has confirmed that Jedward are set to record their debut single with American rapper Vanilla Ice. Walsh told The Sun that the twins, who divided audiences on The X Factor, are “beyond excited” about working with the 42-year-old American on a 2010 remake of ‘Ice Ice Baby.’

Jedward will be on the road with the X Factor Live Tour from this February, where they’ll be performing live on stage with X Factor winner Joe McElderry as well as the other finalists. Tickets are selling out fast but hundreds are still available for a number of top UK venues.

 The X-Factor Live tour kicks off on February 15 at Liverpool Echo Arena, before visits to the Birmingham LG Arena, Wembley Arena, Belfast Odyssey Arena and the MEN Arena among many others. The tour draws to a close at the Glasgow SECC on April 4.
