Rihanna has recently announced that she will be joining a number of top stars at the London Haiti telethon in London.

The charity event is set to take place in the capital this Friday (January 22) and other artists including Jay-Z, Bono and The Edge have all confirmed that they will be in attendance.

More than 100 of the world’s top stars have pledged their support to the campaign and a number of the acts are set to perform live at the telethon events that are taking place across the globe in cities including New York and Los Angeles.

As well as supporting the Haiti campaign whilst in the UK, Rihanna is also set to embark on her UK tour later this year.

The US pop star will be performing in front of her British fans on her UK tour this Spring. Rihanna kicks off the tour at Birmingham LG Arena on May 7.
