Kings of Leon have announced a special performance at London’s Hyde Park on June 30. Jared Followill, the band’s bassist and pianist, said: ‘It’s a great honour to be playing Hyde Park. It’s something that a band can only dream of, to be put in the same category as the groups that have played before us is just unbelievable. Bring sun block and your earplugs.’

Kings of Leon have achieved multi-platinum success in the UK and have recently received three Grammy Awards, so fans will have to be quick on their feet to be able to catch the performance.
