Fresh from picking up three awards at the BRITs on Tuesday night, Lady Gaga kicked off her much-anticipated UK tour in Manchester last night with another eye-catching display. Lady GaGa, surrounded by a number of energetic dancers and a lavish, colourful backdrop, treated fans to another scintillating performance in which she went through a number of costume changes.
