Barcelona look to re-ignite form
February 24th, 2010 by Liam Tailor
After recently losing Athletico Madrid and struggling against Stuttgart in the Champions League last night, Barcelona appear to have lost a little of their sheen. Their small squad has been exposed and the likes of Xaxi and Iniesta look tired and below-par, not least because of the huge number of games they have had to play this season.
Nevertheless Barcelona remain the team to beat in Europe – their draw away to Stuttgart, in spite of a lacklustre performance, is proof of that. They will therefore be keen to re-establish their authority against Malaga this Sunday. Malaga reside in the mid-table and Frank Rikyaard will be hoping for a dominant performance from his side at the Nou Camp.
The tie kicks off this Sunday, with tickets, starting from just 25 pounds, available through Tixdaq.com
