Last chance to buy England vs. Ireland tickets!

February 24th, 2010 by Adam Davies

England take one Ireland at Twickenham on Saturday in a clash of the titans, and Tixdaq can reveal that a just few hundred tickets are still available! England will be looking to maintain their 100% record in the competition in order to keep pace with favourites France, while an Ireland victory would revitalise their challenge as they look to retain their trophy.

The game is near impossible to call. England are unbeaten after beginning brightly with a win over Wales, but stumbled past Italy in an all-round unconvincing performance. Jonny Wilkinson was singled out for criticism due to his inaccurate kicking, with many believing that Toby Flood should get the chance to impress having scored 18 points with his boot in his last game for Leicester, but coach Martin Johnson has elected to keep the team as it is.

Ireland make three changes. Jonathan Sexton replaces Ronan O’Gara at Fly Half, while they are forced into two other alterations. The suspended Jerry Flannery, banned for his ‘Cantona kick’, is replaced by Rory Best, while Rob Kearney’s injury means Geordan Murphy comes in.
