Florence Welch celebrates “exciting time for female musicians”

Florence Welch is enjoying the current status of female musicians in a traditionally male-dominated domain, and with her own band Florence and the Machine a firm part of that success she has much to be pleased about! The BRIT award-winning singer has become one of the biggest names in the UK music scene, and that looks set to grow as she prepares for a tour of the UK beginning in May, which will be followed by festival appearances at T in the Park, Isle of Wight and Oxegen. Support for her tour will come from The Drums and Babe Shadow, and full dates are listed below:
