Kate Nash announces intimate UK tour

Londoner Kate Nash has announced a short UK tour to coincide with the release of her second album. The Foundations singer has revealed a change in direction to a girl group pop sound, with her biggest influence being Diana Ross and the Supremes.

Kate Nash’s second album will be called My Best Friend Is You, and is released on 19th April 2010. She tours in support of it on the following UK dates:

April 16th 2010 – The Deaf Institute, Manchester
April 17th 2010 – The Hare and Hounds, Birmingham
April 22nd 2010 – Shoreditch Village Underground, London
August 21st 2010 – V Festival, Weston Park, Staffordshire
August 22nd 2010 -V Festival, Hylands Park, Chelmsford
