The name of Shaun Ryder has attained mythical status in Manchester, for the Happy Mondays and Black Grape star was arguably the force behind the “Madchester” scene of the 1990s. He has announced a one-off gig at one of Manchester’s newest venues, FAC51, on April 4th 2010 where he will be sure to break out some of his most famous songs from both Happy Mondays and Black Grape. Ryder’s performance will be followed by an aftershow party with Jon Dasila and Justin Robertson & Jon Carter to play DJ sets.

Tickets for the exclusive 400 capacity gig go on sale on Friday 19th March 2010 at 09:00 a.m.
