Since its inception as a partner to Reading Festival, Leeds Festival has hosted some tremendous performances from all kinds of great bands. Rage Against The Machine, Metallica, The Strokes, The White Stripes, Iron Maiden and the Smashing Pumpkins have all headlined the festival to great effect in the past. It is heavily rumoured that the 2010 event will be headlined by Blink-182, Arcade Fire and Guns ‘n’ Roses, and those three names alone should have fans snapping up tickets.

Tickets to the 2010 Leeds Festival go on sale on Monday March 29th 2010 at 6:45 pm. There is always a frantic rush for tickets, and both events tend to sell out from primary vendors on the first day of being on sale each year.
