Paul McCartney tickets trading below £40
June 2nd, 2010 by Ewan Eyre
Paul McCartney is set to play five UK dates this month and, unsurprisingly, tickets for all of his headline shows sold out from primary ticket vendors in no time at all. The former Beatle is set to appear at Dublin’s RDS Arena on Saturday 12th June, The Isle of Wight Festival on Sunday 13th June, Cardiff Millennium Stadium on Saturday 26th June and at Hyde Park as part of the Hard Rock Calling Festival on Sunday 27th June.
Although selling out almost instantly when originally going on sale, Paul McCartney tickets are widely available on the secondary ticket market.
Whilst Paul McCartney tickets for his headline shows in Dublin, Cardiff and Glasgow are available at below face value, it is his Hard Rock Calling that are trading for less. General admission tickets can be bought for around £40 each, gaining the holder full entry for that day of the festival. Paul McCartney is headlining, but there will also be appearances from the likes of Crowded House, Elvis Costello and Crosby, Stills and Nash throughout the day.
