Bon Jovi thrill O2 Arena audiences

June 14th, 2010 by Ewan Eyre

It is fair to say that so far, Bon Jovi’s O2 Arena residency has been a huge success. After kicking off the 12-night jaunt last week, the band have received rave reviews for their performances and are set to return to the venue this Thursday for the remaining seven shows.

Their performances have been described as “faultless” and Bon Jovi themselves have been referred to as “the perfect rock band.”

Entertaining fans with a set-list containing all of their greatest hits, Bon Jovi are sure not to disappoint for the remainder of their O2 Arena stay.

There was a mixed response from ticket holders when hearing the announcement that a host of unsigned acts were to support the band for the first five O2 Arena shows. Bon Jovi fans were pleasantly surprised though, with band’s such as The Side, Last Republic and New Device gaining enormous praise.

Bon Jovi tickets are still available for the band’s remaining O2 Arena shows. They will be supported by One Republic on 17th, 19th and 20th June, and Kid Rock for the shows on 22nd, 23rd, 25th and 26th June.

the bon jovi concert was great but I was very disappointed when my husband and I went on the 20th june.We were very much looking forward to the support band One Republic. We were in the arena at 7 15 but was told they had already been on as this was Sunday and they had to play earlier.I think the actual PA system should have announced this.Iam sure thousands of other fans felt the same as we did !!!!Our Tickets were not cheap and I feel a bit cheated.
