Midlands Music Festival tickets: See Westlife, Peter Andre and more for £29
July 12th, 2010 by Adam Davies
The Midlands Music Festival takes place on the weekend of July 17th – 18th 2010 at Tamworth Castle Pleasure Grounds in Staffordshire, and is a fantastic part of the live music calendar. Each of the two days have a theme: Saturday is called Back To The 80s, while Sunday is labelled The Biggest Chart Acts.
Each features exactly what it says on the tin. Saturday showcases some of the best-loved musicians from the 1980s, such as Billy Ocean and Hot Chocolate, while Sunday features massive modern names such as Westlife and Peter Andre.
Best of all, proceeds from Midlands Music Festival tickets go to a wonderful cause. The charity Just 1 Life aids mothers and babies affected by premature birth across the Midlands, and will benefit hugely thanks to the generosity of these pop stars. Day tickets begin at £29.50 from Gigantic, while weekend tickets will cost £50.
