Madonna is reportedly set to announce a six month world tour to begin this autumn, with the Material Girl currently auditioning dancers at the Aura nightclub in London. Having repeatedly reinvented herself over the course of her career, it will be interesting to see what Madonna does next – but it can be guaranteed that she will put on a spectacular show live in concert.

A source close to the American star told the Daily Mirror, “It’s going to be her biggest, most unexpected tour to date. She is going back to her New York City roots, with a street / hip-hop feel, and wants to make it a physical, dance-heavy set of gigs.”

With her last album, Hard Candy, coming out in 2008, and its associated tour Sticky & Sweet ending in 2009, the time is right for the Queen Of Pop to make her return, and news of Madonna tickets will be released shortly.
