Jose Mourinho confident of Cristiano Ronaldo recovery

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has said that Cristiano Ronaldo should overcome a muscle strain to play in the Champions League next week.
Ronaldo was left out of Real’s last squad after picking up the injury a week ago, but Mourinho told a press confrence he thinks Ronaldo will be available for the second leg tie with Lyon.
“I think he’ll play, but I don’t like it when players aren’t 100 percent. If he had to play tomorrow he wouldn’t be, but if he trains Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I’m convinced he’ll be able to play.”
Real, who drew 1-1 in Lyon last month, will be seeking to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time in seven years when Lyon visit on Wednesday.
Real Madrid tickets are available now for fixtures including their Champions League game against Lyon (March 16th), El Classico against Barcelona (April 17th), and also the Copa del Rey Final (April 20th), also against Barcelona.
