Glen Campbell is diagnoised with Alzheimers but will continue with his tour

Glen Campbell has announced he is suffering from Alzheimers ahead of his tour, so that fans aren’t concerned if he appears confused on stage.
75 year old Campbell has been diagnosed with the degenerative neurological disease, which causes short term memory loss. He wanted his fans to be aware of his diagnosis before his tour later this year incase he forgets his lyrics, he says ” I still love making music. And I still love performing for my fans. I’d like to thank them for sticking with me through thick and thin’
His wife Kim told People Magazine ” Glen is stall an awesome guitar player and singer. But if he flubs a lyric or gets confused on stage, I wouldn’t want people to think what’s the matter with him? Is he drunk?”
Glen kicks off his tour on the 21st of October in Salford and finishes on the on the 12 of November in Killarney.
