Kings of Leon forced to cancel another show

August 1st, 2011 by Liam Tailor

Following Kings of Leon abandonment of a show at Dallas two nights ago, the band also cancelled their show last night (30th July) at Houston.

The gig at Dallas was called off halfway through due to problems suffered by front man Caleb Followill. Now the band also cancelled their show at Houston last night, again letting their fans down.

An official statement released by the band said that the problems were due to ”heat exhaustion and dehydration” from Caleb but bassist Jared Followill did not seem to agree with this line.

He tweeted, “I love our fans so much. I know you guys aren’t stupid. I can’t lie. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade.”

This suggests the band are currently suffering from major internal problems and their North American tour is under much jeopardy at the moment.

Kings of Leon tickets are available online now.
