Ever since Muse announced that they would be playing their third record, Origins of Symmetry, in full during their headline performances at Reading and Leeds Festivals, fans have speculated whether or not they will be treated by any other Muse hits.

Now in an interview with the NME, the band have strongly hinted that they will also get out some of their biggest hits during the encore. The band’s drummer Dom Howard said, “We’ll probably just do the old cheap encore and play a few hits!” This news will surely excite fans who are desperate to hear them play songs such as Time Is Running Out and Hysteria as well as the classics on Origins of Symmetry. However it remains to be seen which hits they will be bring out.

Muse have also revealed that they intend to get back in the studio following their performances at Reading and Leeds Festivals this weekend.

Leeds Festival tickets are still available online.
