September 30th, 2011 by Jessica Martinez

Fans have already started queueing for One Direction tickets, 24 hours before they go on general sale. A crowd is reported to have gathered outside Plymouth Pavilions, one of the stops on the December and January tour, in preparation fro the release of tickets tomorrow morning at 9am.

The band confirmed their first ever full UK tour earlier this week, after releasing their much-anticipated debut single this month, and will perform shows at venues such as Manchester O2 Apollo, Glasgow Clyde Auditorium and London HMV Apollo this winter.

Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson finished in third place in last year’s X Factor competition, only to immediately sign a £2 million record contract with Simon Cowell.
