Cowell will return to the judges panel for the live shows, after leaving the duty to Amanda Holden, Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff throughout the audition stages.

Munir Mahmud has filed papers against the singer, claiming he cheated him out of royalty payments along with breaching the terms of a previous settlement made in 2006. Along with demanding the singer pay his legal fees and requesting a trial by jury Mr. Munir is seeking a court order to allow him to examine the singer’s accounts to determine how much compensation he is owed.
