Santigold, Metric and The Roots confirmed for this summer’s Wireless Festival

Santigold, Metric and The Roots have all been added to the bill for this summer’s Wireless Festival.

The final headliner of Wireless has recently been confirmed as Deadmau5. The dance producer will head up the festival alongside Rihanna and Drake.

Deadmau5 will headline the opening night (July 6), with Drake topping the bill on the festival’s second day (July 7) and the ‘Talk That Talk’ singer set to close the festival on the following night (July 8).

The festival is set to run from July 6–8 in London’s Hyde Park and will also see newly announced sets from Kreayshawn, Afrojack, Rita Ora and Lloyd.

Oxegen kicks off this Friday

Ireland’s biggest festival, Oxegen, kicks off this Friday for three days of world-class entertainment.

Friday night (July 8th) will see headliners Black Eyed Peas take to the main stage, supported by The Script and My Chemical Romance. The Strokes and Swedish House Mafia headline the Vodafone stage, with Leftfield and Calvin Harris topping the bill on the Heineken Green Spheres stage.

Saturday (June 8th) has headliners Foo Fighters supported by Arctic Monkeys and Beady Eye. Paolo Nutini and deadmau5 are top of the bill on the Vodafone stage while Brandon Flowers headlines the Heineken Green Spheres stage.

Closing the festival on Sunday night will be Coldplay, supported by Beyonce and Slash. On the vodafone stage, The National and Pendulum head the line-up, while Primal Scream and Chase & Status top the bill on the Heineken Green Spheres stage.

A host of other world-class bands, as well as an incredible, unique atmosphere have made the festival a favourite on the festival circuit.

One week until T in the Park kicks off

Next Friday (July 8th), T in the Park begins in Scotland featuring arguably one of the best festival line-ups of the summer.

The weekend features headline performances from Arctic Monkeys (July 8th), Coldplay (July 9th) and Foo Fighters (July 10th). Also appearing on the main stage across the weekend are Plan B, Jessie J, Beyonce, The Script, My Chemical Romance and Pulp.

Headlining the Radio 1/NME stage are Pendulum (July 8th), The Strokes (July 9th) and Deadmau5 (July 10th). The stage also plays host to White Lies, Jimmy Eat World, Friendly Fires, Beady Eye and Tinie Tempah.

In the infamous King Tut’s Wah Wah tent will be headliners 2manydjs (July 8th), Primal Scream (July 9th) and Calvin Harris (July 10th), with Tom Jones, Chase & Status and Brandon Flowers just a few of the great acts also performing.

T in the Park recently won the coveted Festival of the Year Award, and is renowned for its consistently incredible line-ups and unique excited atmosphere.

A host of acts have been added to the line-up for this summer’s huge Deadmau5 show at Victoria Park. The DJ will perform at the London venue on 6th June and will be joined by Mark Ronson, Calvin Harris, Zane Lowe, Nero, Skrillex, DJ Hype, Modestep, DJ Fresh, Jaguar Skills and Netsky.

Deadmau5 sold out a series of live shows across the UK in December 2010, and will now headline the summer outdoor concert.

Deadmau5 tickets are on sale now, with general admission prices starting at around £40.

This year’s Oxegen line-up has been revealed, with a host of big names confirmed for Ireland’s biggest music festival. Foo Fighters and Arctic Monkeys had already been confirmed for the event, and last night’s announcement of acts such as Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay and The Strokes joining the bill has increased the demand for tickets.

Oxegen Festival will take place at Punchestown Racecourse, Co. Kildare from the 7th to to the 10th July.

Deadmau5 tickets will go on sale tomorrow morning, Friday 3rd September, at 9am for the house DJ’s live performances set to take place across the UK this December. The artist came to prominence in 2008 after winning numerous dance music awards.

Deadmau5 will perform shows at Bournemouth O2 Academy, Leeds O2 Academy, Manchester Central, Coventry Ricoh Arena, Glasgow Braehead Arena and Earl’s Court in London.

Deadmau5 has announced details of three new UK shows for May. The DJ, whose real name is Joel Zimmerman, will play the gigs in Liverpool, Hull and Glasgow following three consecutive nights at the O2 Academy Brixton.

it has just been announced that Deadmau5 is set to play two more shows in London this Spring.

Deadmau5 recently confirmed that he would be playing a one-off show at Brixton Academy on April. However, Deadmau5 has just confirmed that he will be playing two more shows at the London venue. Deadmau5 will now perform live at the O2 Academy Brixton on May 1 and 2.

Deadmau5 tickets go on sale this Friday (December 18) and are expected to sell very fast.

DEADMAU5 to play one-off UK date

it has just been announced that Deadmau5 is set to play a special gig next Spring in the capital.

The dance act fronted by Joel Zimmerman will take place on Apil 30 at the Brixton O2 Academy.
