Simply Red, with support act Macy Gray, will be playing UK arenas as part of Simply Red’s last ever tour. Mick Hucknall and band are famous for energetic live shows, and as this is their last ever tour, now is the time to see them live.

Hundreds of Simply Red tickets are still available for shows in Nottingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Sheffield and London. Details of tour dates are shown below:

Simply Red support act confirmed for farewell tour

Simply Red have confirmed that the support act for their farewell tour this December will be soul singer Macy Gray. Gray enjoyed huge success here in the UK a decade ago, with hit single “I Try.”

Simply Red tickets are still available for all upcoming UK dates, including their final ever show, set to take place at London O2 Arena on 19th December. Full Simply Red tour details are as follows:

Macy Gray owns one of the most distinctive voices in music. Her raspy tones ooze emotion and are instantly recognisable. It is clear why she has enjoyed such a wonderful career – with notable achievements including a huge hit with I Try and an appearance in the first Spider-man film.

Indeed, her acting career is flourishing, and so chances to see her perform live in the UK have recently been few and far between. However, she has announced three shows in Leicester Square Theatre on July 13th, 14th and 15th 2010. The gigs come in support of her recent album The Sellout, which was released in June.
