The Geneva, New York band will play shows in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and London, starting on September 29th. Their fifth studio album, The Papercut Chronicles II is to be released later this year, with the first single from the album, Stereo Hearts, released on June 14th. The single features Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, and was described by MTV as “the kind of song that may very well push GCH [Gym Class Heroes] to summertime superstardom.”

Having known the band since their previous incarnation as Kara’s Flowers, she is a good friend of Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, and Ryan Dusick. However, she is not just a part of the tour because she is a friend of the band – she is a great musician in her own right.

Indeed, Bareilles has sung for President Barack Obama and his wife, and achieved particular success with her wonderful single Love Song – a top five hit in the UK.
