iTunes Festival Line-up Announcement: Usher, Jack White, Norah Jones & One Direction

Today iTunes have announced some details of their annual Roundhouse take-over in London, with a stellar line-up that already includes; Usher, Jack White, Norah Jones and new boys One Direction.

The iTunes Festival will take place throughout September, and these are just the first installment of what is expected to be a number of confirmed headlining acts.

Dates confirmed so far are;

- 1st September – Usher

- 8th September – Jack White

- 10th September – Norah Jones

- 20th September – One Direction

Ryan Adams to release new album in the Autumn

Ryan Adams has attained the reputation as being one of the most important acts in the world of American rock and now fans are delighted with the news that he will release a new record on October 10th.

The new record will be entitled Ashes & Fire and features Norah Jones on a number of tracks. The tracklisting for Ashes & Fire is as such:

Beatles are top selling act of the decade

The Beatles have recently topped a US poll listing the top 10 selling albums of the decade. The Beatles ’1′ album sold more than 11 million units over the course of the last ten years, beating off competition from the likes of NSYNC, Norah Jones, Eminem and Britney Spears.

The Beatles album features the greatest hits of the rock legends including A Hard Day’s Night, Hey Jude and Yellow Submarine.

Beatles fans will be glad to hear that they will have the chance to see the former Beatle, Paul McCartney, live on stage this month. Paul McCartney brings his Good Evening Europe tour to a close with a huge show at the O2 Arena in London on December 22. Paul McCartney is expected to perform in front of a sell-out 20,000 crowd at the London venue.

Norah Jones Announces US Spring Tour

Following the release of her new album, “The Fall”, Norah Jones has announced a 36 city tour of the US to commence in Spring 2010. Some shows will go on sale on 4the December, with the rest becoming available before the New Year.

We expect a European tour to follow in summer 2010.
