The winners will be named on October 24th at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London.</p><p>British singer Adele leads the way with three nominations in total, including Best Female Artists. The news comes as the September <a

Their 1991 album <em>Bandwagonesque</em> beat the likes of Nirvana&#8217;s <em>Nevermind</em>, R.E.M.&#8217;s <em>Out Of Time</em> and My Bloody Valentine&#8217;s <em>Loveless</em> to be voted the best album of the year by Spin Magazine.</p><p>Teenage Fanclub are now on their ninth LP, and Shadows was released in May to more critical acclaim, and the Scottish band will play a special live concert in December in support of the album.</p><p><a

Compare and buy Leona Lewis tickets online. ]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Leona Lewis has recently revealed that she will be one of the many stars contributing to the charity song for Haiti that is being set up by Simon Cowell.</p><p>Leona Lewis will join a long list of the UK&#8217;s top stars including Michael Buble and Rod Stewart who will covert he R.E.M track &#8216;Everybody Hurts&#8217; to raise money for the people of Haiti.</p><p>According to the Sun newspaper, <span
id="intelliTXT">R.E.M&#8217;s manager Bertis Downs said that the band were “deeply touched” to learn their song has been chosen and are going to waive their royalties from the track. </span></p><p>As well as taking part in the Haiti charity song project, Leona Lewis will be back in the UK later this year for her 2010 tour.</p><p>The 2010 Leona Lewis tour begins in Sheffield Hallam FM Arena on May 28. Leona Lewis is set to perform live at a number of top venues across the UK including MEN Arena, London O2 Arena, Glasgow SECC and the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle.
