A new trailer for Ricky Gervais’s new comedy Life’s Too Short has been unveiled, watch below.

Life’s Too Short will air this Autumn on BBC 2 and is about a dwarf talent agency. The show will also feature a host of stars from Johnny Depp to Helena Bonham Carter and Sandra Bullock.

Fans of Gervais are also hopeful that he will once again tour the UK with his stand up show, but as of yet no Ricky Gervais tour dates have been announced.

It has been revealed today that a host of celebrities will star in Ricky Gervais’s new comedy show.

Life’s Too Short focuses on the life of fictional actor Warwick Davis and will have lots of cameos from stars. Last week it was confirmed that Johnny Depp, Cat Deeley and Sting will be on the show amongst others. And today it has been revealed that Liam Neeson and Helena Bonham Carter will also star.

Life’s Too Short will air later this year and will be sure to be another comedy hit from Ricky Gervais. Fans are also hopeful that Gervais will tour with his stand up show again, although as of yet no dates have been confirmed.

Ricky Gervais to star in Family Guy

It has been revealed today that Ricky Gervais will star in a new episode of Family Guy. He will appear as a dolphin named Billy Finn who moves in to Quahog.

Speaking to Music Rooms, Gervais admitted his love for the US show, ‘”I watch two a night and I’m slightly obsessed. When Seth McFarlane phoned me out of the blue and said he was a huge fan I was delighted. It was such a joy working with the team and I really like the way my character looks too.”

The new episode will be part of the 10th series of the show and will be called Be Careful What You Fish For. Aside from appearing in Family Guy episodes, fans are hopeful that Gervais will return with his stand up show soon, although as of yet no dates have been announced.

It has been revealed today that legend of the comedy world, Ricky Gervais is working on a new American sitcom. He is working with Clyde Phillips who has produced such hit TV shows as Dexter, on a new sitcom entitled Afterlife.

The sitcom focuses on the story of an atheist who wakes up in Heaven, and although Gervais will not be the show’s protagonist, he will make guest appearances. Fans are very much excited by the news of Gervais’s recent activity and he is currently having much success in the US.

Gervais was also nominated for an Emmy for his hosting of the Golden Globes this year to which he responded on his website, “I’d like to win just for the speech I could do. Ha ha. Won’t happen but it’s nice to be nominated.”

Gervais does not have any forthcoming shows, but fans are hopeful he will return to the stand up arena soon.

The latest stand-up project from The Office creator, Ricky Gervais, entitled Science is set to hit UK venues this autumn.

The fourth stand-up tour by Ricky Gervais follows the Work In Progress show which ends this month.

The debut Ricky Gervais stand-up tour, Animals, was released in 2003 and focused on Ricky Gervais’ fascination with the animal kingdom.Animals was followed by the Politics tour a year later. Both tours were recorded live and released on DVD.

Ricky Gervais begins the Science tour on August 24 at the Glasgow SECC & Clyde Auditorium and will run until December 15 at the Brighton Centre, playing 21 dates altogether.

Ricky Gervais said that he took a lot of inspiration from the hugely popular

Scottish stand-up comedian, Billy Connolly, for the forthcoming Science show.

Tickets to see Ricky Gervais at his Science tour will go on general sale on Friday May 15 at 10am.
