Speaking to Billboard, frontman Wayne Coyne said “It’ll be a big chunk of Flaming Lips music, probably about 30 songs. It’s a big deal. It’s hokey and wonderful and poignant and powerful. It’s really become a perfect combination of my fantastical robot-world vision and [director Des McAnuff's] little, internal, humanistic version of what that music is. I really believe it could work — and luckily I don’t have to do much!”

The Flaming Lips tickets are on sale now for the band’s upcoming UK performances. The band will play an Eden Sessions concert in June, followed by a headline show at Alexandra Palace in London. They will then headline the first ever Live From Jodrell Bank in Cheshire on 2nd July.

The 10-year-old singer, who is the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, will be joined by other acts such as the Black Eyed Peas and Big Time Rush. She will  perform a medley of memorable songs,including ‘Whip My Hair’ and ’21st Century Girl’.

Gig tickets for all the biggest UK and European shows are available now.

The cheapest tickets currently available are for the show on the 10th September, and are for seats located in the second tier of the stadium. For the show on the following night, ticket prices start at £60.

Beginning with Uprising, they moved swiftly on to Supermassive Black Hole and Map Of The Problematique, before taking it back a few years with New Born. Other classic Muse songs featured in a fan-friendly set, with Hysteria, Nina Simone cover Feeling Good, Time Is Running Out, Starlight and Stockholm Syndrome all going down to a rapturous reception.

Muse then returned for an encore of Plug In Baby and Knights Of Cydonia, with frontman Bellamy screaming Scotland as the set came to a close.

Muse tickets are on sale for all three concerts now, as well as the band’s appearances at T In The Park and Oxegen Festival and a host of European tour dates.

Muse will perform at Lancashire County Cricket Club on Saturday 4th September, and will be supported by Editors, The Temper Trap and Pulled Apart By Horses.

For their Wembley Arena show on Friday 10th September, the support acts will be Lily Allen, The Big Pink and White Rabbits.

For the second Muse Wembley Arena show, the band will be supported by Biffy Clyro, White Lies and I Am Arrows.

Muse ticket prices start at £50 and there are over 7,500 available for the three shows.

Standing/general admission tickets have officially sold out, but are still available from ticket exchange websites, with varying prices for each show. There are almost 9,000 Muse tickets yet to be sold for the Wembley Stadium gigs.

Standing tickets for Friday 10th September are currently trading between £62 and £200, whilst standing tickets for Saturday 11th September are priced from £80 to £200.

It may be the varying support acts that sway fans decisions on which night to attend. Muse will be supported by Lily Allen, The Big Pink and White Rabbits on the 10th September. On the following night, the band will be supported by Biffy Clyro, White Lies and I Am Arrows.

Guns N’ Roses will headline the main stage at Reading Festival on Friday 27th August and will be supported by Queens of the Stone Age, Biffy Clyro, Lostprophets, NoFX, Gogol Bordello, Billy Talent, A Day to Remember and Young Guns.

The NME/Radio 1 stage will see appearances from Phoenix, Mumford & Sons, Delphic, Yeasayer, The Big Pink and Two Door Cinema Club.

Reading Festival weekend tickets are currently trading from £227 to £1000.

Pink will go on to perform at Bolton’s Reebok Stadium on Saturday 12th June, Belfast’s King’s Hall on Wednesday 16th June, Limerick’s Thomond Park Stadium on 20th June, the Liberty Stadium in Swansea on June 23rd, Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on June 24th, Hampden Park in Glasgow on June 25th, Alton Towers in Staffordshire on June 27th and the Portman Road stadium in Ipswich on June 28th.
