Ghostface won that court case and now he is suing Wu Tang Clan’s record label Universal over unpaid royalties he thinks he is entitled to, according to Billboard.

Wu-Tang Clan performed an outstanding performance on the Pyramid Stage at this year’s Glastonbury. Although they do not have any current tour dates confirmed, fans are hopeful that the hip-hop uber group will return to the UK in the near future.

As soon as Wu-Tang Clan tour dates are announced they will be available here.

The album entitled Legendary Weapons will be the hip-hop group’s 6th LP and is self acclaimed to be more of a compilation record than a traditional album. Legendary Weapons features collaborations with Sean Price among other Wu Tang affiliates.

Certain critics have warmed to the new sound, but others have felt annoyed by the failure to emulate the earlier Wu Tand records which achieved marked success.

Wu Tang Clan will be touring Australia in August.

The rappers will play five dates across the country in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh from 11-15 June.

The Staten island collective formed in 1992 and is made up of RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God and Masta Killa.

They will be performing tracks from their five studio albums and new songs from their forthcoming EP.

Founding member GZA said: “I feel really great about this tour and I love to perform in the UK. The British fans can expect lots of energy and we’ll be bringing our best, as we always do. We’re really excited about all performing together again and definitely looking forward to it.”

Their second album Wu-Tang Forever became the first rap album to debut at number one in the US and UK album charts.

The shows will take place at Manchester Academy on 4th August and Brixton Academy on 5th August.
