Indie-pop band Scouting For Girls were formed in 2005 by friends Roy Stride (vocals), Greg Churchouse (bass) and Peter Ellard (drums), and by 2007 had already gained a huge following on MySpace. They were subsequently signed to Epic Records and released a self-titled debut album that reached number one in the UK charts.
Scouting For Girls' second album is due out in April and they will be celebrating its release with an upcoming UK tour. Kicking off on April 19 at Cork’s Savoy Theatre, the Scouting For Girls UK tour will include visits to London, Glasgow and Manchester, before drawing to a close at the Brighton Centre on May 24.
